- What we did
- Muharraqi Studios produced architectural visualization for Deerat Al Oyoun, the large residential villa community within Diyar Al Muharraq in Bahrain. The work had to communicate not only the scale of the development, but the visual differences between its four architectural characters — Bahraini, Modern, Spanish and Mediterranean — clearly enough for each to read as a distinct residential offering
About the project
Deerat Al Oyoun extends across approximately 1.2 million square metres within Diyar Al Muharraq and contains nearly two thousand villas across a major residential community.
For the visualization, the challenge was not simply to produce attractive residential CGI. Each architectural family required its own recognizable proportions, façade language, material character and visual identity while remaining part of one coherent development.
The imagery formed part of a much longer relationship between Muharraqi Studios and Diyar Al Muharraq. The studio had already visualized the wider masterplan and continued producing imagery across individual districts and projects as the development progressed.
Outcome
The completed visualization provided Diyar Al Muharraq with a clear visual presentation of Deerat Al Oyoun and its different villa characters, extending the studio’s long-running body of architectural and masterplan visualization work across the development.
