- Muharraqi Studios created the interior architectural visualization for residential units at Danaat Al Lawzi, translating the proposed spaces into detailed CGI through careful control of materials, lighting, scale and proportion
About the project
Danaat Al Lawzi is a residential community in the Al Lawzi area of Hamad Town, Bahrain, developed around 303 villas.
The interior imagery was produced at a stage where prospective buyers needed to understand the homes before experiencing the completed spaces themselves. That placed particular importance on believable scale, natural lighting, material response and the relationship between furniture, surfaces and architecture.
Rather than treating the images as decorative interiors, the work was developed as property visualization: imagery intended to make the residential product understandable and convincing before completion.
Outcome
The final interior CGI gave Eskan Bank a detailed visual presentation of the residential units for buyer-facing communication, complementing the wider masterplan visualization later produced for the development.
