Biography
She leads cross-functional teams, drives operational excellence, cultivates strategic partnerships, and ensures the successful delivery of innovative creative and technology-driven solutions that strengthen the company’s position as a regional industry leader.
With nearly 17 years of executive leadership experience, Dr. Amina has built a distinguished career leading organizational transformation, strategic planning, business operations, and complex projects across both the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Muharraqi Studios, she held senior executive leadership positions within the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), where she led multidisciplinary teams, directed large-scale administrative and operational functions, and played a key role in advancing organizational excellence, governance, and service transformation. In 2021, she was awarded the Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit in recognition of her service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Amina holds a PhD in Management (Entrepreneurship and Strategy) from Lancaster University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The George Washington University.
