Captivated by the raw power of the vivid colors of the Palestinian flag in my previous digital artwork, I was inspired to create this intensified version, delving deeper into the narrative of the beautiful yet distressed Palestine.

This piece takes us back to the familiar destroyed wall, a silent observer of the relentless conflict that has marred the face of the ancient land. Amidst the wreckage of destruction, the wall bears an image that now bleeds more intensely, reflecting the deepening heartache of a nation.

The wet paint forms a more potent image – the face of a Palestinian woman, her beauty amplified, her distress more palpable. Her eyes, the bleeding eyes of Palestine, are a pool of emotions – sorrow, anger, heartache, pain, and deep suffering, all at once.
